SESSIONS AND FEES
I currently offer both in-person and online counselling.

Each session is sixty minutes long and ideally takes place weekly (on the same day and time).

Sessions are charged at £50 per session. (Limited spaces available for income-based concessions).
QUALIFICATIONS
I completed a comprehensive training program at the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London, where I received advanced training in psychotherapy and counselling at master's level. This program emphasized a rigorous approach to clinical practice. In addition to academic and clinical training, the course incorporated experiential learning, which involved participating in both individual and group psychotherapy throughout the duration of the program. My formal qualifications include:

PgDip in Counselling (Level 4), Institute of Psychosynthesis.

PgDip in Psychosynthesis Psychology, Institute of Psychosynthesis, validated by Middlesex University.

What you tell me will be kept strictly confidential. I will not share any information with a third party, unless under exceptional circumstances. These are:

Serious risk of harm to self or others.

Current physical, emotional or sexual abuse of a child or a vulnerable adult.

Disclosure of terrorism (requirement of the Terrorism Act 2000).

Disclosure of drug or people trafficking.

Disclosure of money laundering.

I have a strong dedication to continuous learning and prioritize my professional and personal development. As part of this commitment, I engage in regular clinical supervision and actively seek out postgraduate training, workshops, and conferences. This ongoing pursuit of knowledge allows me to stay updated and informed in my practice. Attending seminars and conferences is a regular part of my routine as I strive to enhance my skills and stay current in the field.
