ABOUT

ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

I am a qualified Counsellor with a postgraduate diploma in both Psychosynthesis Psychology and Counselling from The Institute of Psychosynthesis in affiliation with Middlesex University. I offer online and in-person counselling for individuals from my private practice in North London.

I am both BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and NCPS (National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society) registered and accredited, fully insured and my work is governed by their code of ethics and standards of practice.

My journey into Psychotherapy and Counselling was inspired by my background in the performing arts, which led me to various teaching and pastoral roles in the field of Education. After personally experiencing the transformative power of counselling in my twenties, I felt a deep calling to pursue training in this field.

Whether in-person or online, I offer a safe and nurturing space where you can receive focused support for the challenges you may be facing. Through our work together, you have the opportunity to establish profound connections with others, the world around you, and, most importantly, yourself. This journey ultimately leads to a place where you can experience true empowerment.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

I work with adult individuals of all races, cultures, religious backgrounds, and sexual orientations (LGBTQ+ inclusive) in a secure and confidential space. My primary focus is to create a safe and supportive relationship with you. From there, we can embark on the journey of exploring and addressing the matters that hold significance to you.

MY APPROACH

Psychosynthesis, the primary framework I utilize in my therapeutic practice, is an integrative and transpersonal psychology approach. Developed by Roberto Assagioli, an Italian psychiatrist and contemporary of Freud and Jung, Psychosynthesis draws from both Eastern and Western traditions and philosophies. Assagioli recognized the inherent value in these diverse influences and synthesized them into a new approach, which he termed Psychosynthesis. At its core, Psychosynthesis is a method that facilitates personal growth and self-realization. It provides a comprehensive framework for individuals to embark on their journey of self-discovery and development.
